“En, durf je vandaag weer mee in de kist, Betty?” By Evert Geradts (b. 1943, The Netherlands).

Unpublished 2-panel strip, inscribed “for Phil from Evert Geradts”.

4” x 6 ½”, unframed; 10” x 7 ½”, framed. Signed.

Translation from the Dutch: In the first panel, the pilot says, “And, do you dare to come into the coffin again today, Betty?” To which she responds: “Oh, my dear.” In the second panel, Betty says, “I always feel so safe with you.” The pilot responds, “That's how I like it, little one.”

Back of the piece has a lightly penciled 2-panel strip, “De Identiteits-Krisis”.
